Yes. We offer discounts for signing up on a contract, and we do offer a tiered pricing structure for different fleet sizes outside of our rate card pricing.
Monthly subscribers can cancel at any time, yes.
No. We provide free setup, onboarding, training and ongoing 24/7 support as part of our subscription fee. There may be a license fee applicable to the service if your fleet is of a certain size – but we can discuss this with you as we set you up as a customer.
No there is not a minimum fleet count – Whip Around works perfectly no matter how big or small your fleet is.
However there is a minimum charge of $120/month for our Standard plan and a $220/month minimum fee for our Pro plan on the month to month subscription. This covers your first 20 assets.
You can start a 7-day free trial anytime from the website or mobile app. You will be required to create an account by entering your details which will give you a full access free trial. We can also assist with setting up the trial for you. Just message us and we will be only too happy to help with your setup.
No, we do not require a credit card to start a free trial. At the end of your trial, you will be required to enter your card details to pay for the service moving forward.
